JUDr. Ján Ferenci specializes mainly in the area of commercial and financial law with the focus on corporate law and company law. Apart from that, he concentrates on mergers and acquisitions; deals with the elaborating the contracts and legal analysis. In the past, as a lawyer, JUDr. Ferenci significantly contributed to the acquisition of several businesses, both production and non-production. In this regard, he has prepared on the basis of communication with foreign investors a complete legal agenda and contractual documentation. In addition, he is devoted to the preparation of legal analysis as well as legal audits (due diligence) and bankruptcy law.

JUDr. Dušan Marják specializes especially in the area of contract law and real estate law. He has provided legal consultancy on the purchase and sales of real estate portfolios, on the construction of administrative and multifunctional projects as well as in commercial leases and project financing. JUDr. Majrák exclusively focuses on contractual agenda in the matter of construction. In addition, he acts on behalf of clients in proceedings before the ordinary courts in all stages of decision-making, including proceedings before the administrative court and administrative proceedings. Complete engineering, inclusive of the entire process of construction proceedings is the sphere of his interest. In this segment, he is endowed with professional knowledge concerning the field of construction and associated fields.
